Good Morning. We will start back to practice this Wednesday, 8/19. Below is the practice schedule. I hope everyone had a great week back at school and that you enjoyed the practice break.

If you have not registered for the 2026-2027 swim year, please do so before Friday. All accounts that have not been registered, will be turned off. We will start adding those on the waiting list!! Secure your spot!!

Blue:

Wed , Thur , Fri: 5:00-6:00pm pool at HHS

Senior / Maroon:

Wed , Thur , Fri: 5:00-6:30pm pool at HHS

Coaches Log…..(day 6) LAST DAY….

Today we were a HURRICANE Force!!! STA ended the meet in a BLAZE of Glory!!! STA finished the meet 7th overall!!! We had an AMAZING week!!! Ended the meet with trip to the beach!! So very proud of ALL our swimmers!!! Can’t wait to come back next year!! Thank you to all of the STA family for cheering us on from home and beyond!

Coaches Log……Day 5….

Today was a WILD ride!!! The skies were calm with NO RAIN today!! We had 50 freestyles, 200 freestyles, 100 backstroke and 2 mixed medley relays, and maybe another water fight!! LOTS And LOTS of PB’s and FINALS in ALL EVENTS!!! Ended on a HIGH note with the relays! Tomorrow is our last day of ISCA swim (until next year)! More pictures to come tomorrow. It’s hard to choose.
