Villarreal Houston Academy is proud to announce the return of Coach Angel Ferrer for the 2026/27 season!

Over the past two years, Coach Angel has been an important part of our academy's growth and player development pathway. His energy, passion for the game, and ability to connect with young players have made him a valuable member of our coaching staff.

For the upcoming season, Coach Angel will take on an important role within our grassroots and youth development programs as:

As a current college student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Coach Angel understands the importance of balancing academics and athletics while striving for excellence in both areas. He also represented Lone Star College Men's Soccer during the Fall 2025 season, bringing recent competitive playing experience into his coaching environment.

Coach Angel's enthusiasm for teaching the game and helping young players build confidence, technical skills, and a love for soccer makes him a tremendous asset to our academy. His work with our youngest players is helping lay the foundation for the future success of Villarreal Houston Academy.

We are excited to continue watching him grow as a coach while helping develop the next generation of Villarreal Houston players.

Coach David has been a valued member of the Villarreal Houston family for the past two years, consistently demonstrating his passion for player development and commitment to helping our athletes succeed both on and off the field.

For the upcoming season, Coach David will be supporting our:

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach David is a dedicated educator who teaches Spanish for Klein ISD.
