Held every Sunday morning at 8am in July and August, these open-air practices on beautiful Nantasket Beach offer an uplifting blend of all-levels YOGA , LIVE MUSIC, and SOUND THERAPY all set to the rhythm of the ocean. Space is limited to 20 students per class so we encourage signing up in advance! Get ready to PLUNGE too!

Please join us as we wrap up year 12 of South Shore Beach Yoga on beautiful Nantasket Beach!!

After our acoustic flow and sound bath we invite you stay after for our annual potluck community breakfast! Making the famous Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins (If you are a Bostonian…you understand!).

It’s been such an amazing summer! Best weather, tides and community! If you love yoga, this is the best one of the summer! 🧜‍♀️☀️. We are to the right of the Lucky Lemons pavilion 🍋
