Caren Shaughnessy you are so loved and appreciated!!! PLUS she gave me the morning off yesterday 🤗 as we celebrated her today birthday with a fun quick workout. 🙌🏼 🥂to her last year in her 30’s!!!

Our gym Pappy! 🥳 Happy 64th José!!!! 🥳 I love him like family. We don’t share a lot of conversation but he makes my day better by showing up every morning. He is a presence for me that brings comfort and love. I know without a doubt he is one of the warmest, most patient, kind, silly members among us. This is his 6th year with us… consistency is an understatement. This is what aging correctly should look like. His body doesn’t always function perfectly for him, but he still shows up and moves. Which is why he remains so incredibly capable and badass! I love you José 🤗.
