Our classes are held at Houston Martial Arts Academy every Sunday and Wednesday.

Sunday morning class at HMAA was full! We worked De Fondo levels and ended with some miscla contras drills and working the box drill.
You don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep moving. Growth in the right environment with the right people the path to success!

Sunday morning class was great! Everyone brought the energy. We worked De Fondo levels and ended with working the Larga Mano follow drill.

G**o Joe led Sunday class this morning. Warm-ups, formal strikes, and De Fondo level 1 was the lesson plan for today. Everyon put in the work and did great!

De Fondo was the lesson plan for today's Giron Arnis Escrima class. Everyone put in the effort and did great!
Progress doesn't require perfect, it requires persistence. Progress comes with consistency.

It's been a year now, but still very proud of the Bahala Na members who went out and participated in this tournament. Three Houston members and a G**o from Club #1 in Stockton went to San Antonio and all of them came home with medals.
