Miserable day at the park, conditions were brutal. So hard to hit and pitch. Kudos to Emmett Peschke for getting it done 💪🏽. We talked about staying on the middle away pitch, up the middle all week. Gotta be bought in!

Simple bullpen concept but so big. We can also use this in the game. 0-0, pick the corner, you hit and go 0-1, pick it again. You get 0-2, go a ball off the plate. You miss 0-0 and go down 1-0, come in off the corner to that outer third. You miss again and go down 2-0, get a little closer to the middle and so on. Your bullpen must have a purpose that makes sense. This is easy and can be take into the game.
