Half of 2026 has passed and we are stronger than ever inside and out at TriFitness Gym our TriFitness Gym Members have been working to improve their health and wellness alongside our extremely hard working TriFitness Team members and it has been such an amazing thing to see so many lives improve.

We are so thankful for this opportunity to be part of your health and happiness each day and we will continue to find as many ways as we can to change the health and the happiness of our community each and every chance we get.

Our core mission is to do our best each day to help all that we work with live healthier happier and more fulfilling lives through our coaching and our community and we could not do it without the love and support of each and every one of you.

As we enter the 2nd half of 2026 here are a few things we think may bring more health and happiness for the rest of your year

1. Take care of your health
2. Enjoy the smaller blessings the surround you
3. Tell your friends and family how you feel
4. Experience something new and exciting for you
5. Spend a little time doing something that will improve the world around you.

At TriFitness Gym we understand that it's not easy to make time for exercise and we know that most people haven't enjoyed exercise in the ways they have experienced it before.

What we have been able to create is a fun, efficient, supportive, effective, and engaging environment that helps you to enjoy and look forward to your training sessions

This wasn't created by chance or just happen that way. We put a lot of effort and energy into being a place you want to come and get healthy not just another exercise program because we understand that you walking through doors is the most important thing

With only 9% (21% had a membership) of our country using a gym membership in 2018 and 42% having a lifestyle related disease that exercise, nutrition and healthy habits can fix we are dedicated to being part of the solution.

Don't put off taking care of your health any longer and don't let guilt, shame, fear of failure or being embarrassed stop you from walking through our doors.

We have human beings of every age, shape, size and background at our gym and we are dedicated to making sure everyone feels supported and loved while they are learning how to improve their lives each and every session!
