Here are some more arrow observations during tonight’s JOAD/AAP session

Hopeful from a distance, scrutiny up close, the fate of the arrow scribbled on a sheet of paper, destined to do it 9 more times (in a JOAD round per arrow 😉)

The money shoot for the last JGAP of the season was a great one!

We had each archer shooting against their own self-control to see who could hit the most $$$ post-it notes 🗒️

The elusive arrow, always observed.

Attaching it to the string, putting it on the rest…
Watching it fly and, from a distance, observing…
Approaching the target, casting blame upon the arrow for being a hair away from the 10 ring…

But it was never truly the arrows fault, right?

That’s where observation of self comes into play.

But in order to observe one’s self, one must know what to extrapolate from various circumstances.

Coach Kat is hosting a Summer Intensive, a 4 week class for those that seek improvement and the ability to effectively observe one’s self.

This is designed for experienced recreational and competitive archers who already understand the fundamentals and want to train more effectively.
