This is Kody. Today Kody turns double digits!! Kody is the fastest, hardest working, most respectful and youngest on the team. Along with baseball Kody enjoys all things outdoors. This is Kolt, today he turns 11. The man, the myth, the mullet tearing it up on the diamond, ripping lips, and having a great time regardless of where he is at. This dude has the RIZZ, the talent and the work ethic to do anything he desires. I am honored to be his coach and get a front row seat to his performances on the field. Proud of you Kolt Michael, Happy Birthday, keep up the hard work and looking forward to what the next year will bring.

Congrats to Kolt Coursey and Zander Jones on leading The Ripken Experience at Rocker B World Series in batting average. Both of these players were on fire the entire week. Great job boys and way to finish the season strong with the bats!!!

Game 5 didn’t end the way we wanted, but boy did they compete. Player of the game for game 5 was Rex Wayne Scardino!! He has crushed it all weekend and was recognized by a teammate for his efforts. 11U AAA Fall here we come!

This season has been tough and never have I been more proud of the boys. They have grown as players and as a team. I love watching them compete and greatly appreciate the opportunity to be part of their life. I also get to do this with some of the best guys I have ever known. Josh , Drue, and Derek words can’t express my gratitude for all you do. Parents the trust and believe you have in us to lead your boys is one of the greatest honors of my life. Shawn and Ginger, coaching and representing your organization has been a godsend. Thank you creating a place that align with my values and supporting me in my journey. Thank you to my amazing wife Deann and my beautiful girls Bryana and Brystol. Y’all support me with a smile during my hour long post practice conversations, extra practices, long weekends and generally moodiness when we had a bad games. Bryce, getting to be this close to watch you play keeps me young, motivated and always wanting more. Thank you to everyone and looking forward to the finish of the season and what the future holds!!

Game 4 in the books. We competed but ended pool play 2-2. Player of the game for game 3 was Mr. Kolt Coursey! We get to battle in the gold bracket tomorrow. These boys brought great energy today and we are in a good spot for bracket play.
