Project Flex with CJ Mannion has been our newest obsession these days! We just can’t get enough!
What makes Project Flex so different from the rest? Short sets, heavy weights, and higher reps all while working to failure. Every week we repeat the workouts, improving our movement patterns and increasing our weights.
The results? Toned and Sculpted.

Have you tried our new class Project Flex?
It’s every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am!
It focuses on muscle growth, muscle definition, using direct muscle groups for the ultimate pump.
Although this class focuses on strength training, the intention behind it is much different than our other strength training programs at the gym.
