You don't have to lift heavy weights to get stronger. Resistance bands, light dumbbells, or even your own body weight can make a big difference when done consistently.

Every walk you take...
Every healthy meal you choose...
Every weight you lift...
Every stretch you complete...
Every moment spent in prayer...
..is an investment in the life God has called you to live.
