Rhythmic Gymnastics and Cheer In our cheerleading class we focus on flexibility and motion, voice projection, and enunciation.

We are a recreational gym program in the west side of Houston that specializes in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Cheer classes for girls from 2 yrs old to adults. Rhythmic Gymnastics & Dance combines ballet and creative movements to music, while working with ribbons, balls, hoops, ropes, and clubs in a choreographed dance routine. Our cheerleaders will learn jumps and basic tumbling in a fun, safe and caring environment.
