One thing I wanted to do for our dance moms this season was give them something FOR THEM. 🖤
So we created our Pilates class for moms and their babies
A moment to slow down, breathe, laugh together, and create memories outside of the chaos and busy schedules.
I wanted these girls to see their moms in a different light…
Not just as the one fixing buns, running carpools, paying tuition, carrying costume bags, or being their personal assistant every weekend.
But as WOMEN.
Strong women.
Bad ass women.
Women choosing self care, strength, growth, and confidence for themselves too.
Sometimes our kids need to see us pour back into ourselves.
And honestly… seeing these moms show up for themselves while bonding with their daughters was such a beautiful thing to witness.
These are the moments that matter. ✨

SEASON 11 REGIONALS ...OFFICIALLY CLOSED. 🖤
We left this weekend feeling blessed, motivated, and proud.
So many happy tears were shared between our dancers and parents, and the energy from the faculty pushed our kids in the best way.
J Dance Company walked away with:

We are also so proud of the many dancers who received scholarships this weekend. Your hard work, growth, and dedication continue to shine.
And watching our DOTY, Dacey, do her thing on stage in person was truly inspiring for our kids. To see that level of passion, confidence, artistry, and performance lit a fire in them as they now work toward that same goal.
This was exactly the push we needed as we head into our two Nationals to close out an amazing Season 11.
Every ounce of hard work showed on that stage.
