Another great week in the books! This week was full of hard work, smiles, new friendships, and lots of tennis. Watching our players grow in confidence and improve every day is what makes summer camp so rewarding.

What a fantastic week of Summer Camp! Lots of smiles, learning, improvement, and fun on the courts. No matter what the weather threw at us, we stayed positive, adapted, and made it happen. Our players worked hard, supported each other, and continued building their tennis skills every day.

Congratulations to Khaleel Abaroa on winning the Consolation Draw at the Texas Slam Boys 18s! 🎾🏆

After a tough start in the main draw, Khaleel showed incredible resilience and determination. Rather than letting one loss define his tournament, he battled back and won an impressive 9 consecutive matches to capture the Consolation Championship, finishing 5th overall in the Boys 18s division.

What makes us most proud is not just the result, but the way he responded to adversity. He stayed focused, trusted the process, and played some of his best tennis when it mattered most.

This tournament was another reminder of the potential Khaleel has. Sometimes the biggest victories come after setbacks, and this week he proved to himself that he belongs among the top players in the division. We believe this is just the beginning of many accomplishments to come.

Welcome back, Khaleel! We are excited to have him joining our coaching team next week at Z Junior Tennis Academy Summer Camp, where he will be working with our advanced players and sharing his passion for the game.
