Meet AJ!

AJ is a passionate coach, real estate professional, and longtime lover of movement and fitness. With a background in cheer, tumbling, coaching, and personal training, AJ loves helping others build confidence, learn new skills, and discover what they’re capable of.

Outside of coaching, AJ is a Realtor who enjoys connecting with people and helping them navigate exciting new chapters in their lives. AJ brings that same energy and enthusiasm into the studio, creating a fun, encouraging environment where students can feel comfortable learning, growing, and being themselves.

AJ is excited to share a little movement, positivity, and fun with the studio community!
