Houston heat is no joke… start hydrating today, not tomorrow! Drink plenty of water and electrolytes before race day.

On course, you'll have:
💧 Hydration stations
❄️ Cooling station
🚴 Medics and course support
🏁 Medical tent at the finish line

Most importantly, listen to your body. If you're not feeling well, slow down, stop, or switch to a shorter distance if needed.
