On June 14th, members of 7run3 once again traveled to South Africa to run the 99th edition of the !!! Congratulations to Zack Foster (, Silver Medal, 4th Comrades Finish), Victoria Nolan (, Bill Rowan Medal, 6th Comrades Finish), Connor Bessell (, Robert Mtshali Medal, 2nd Comrades Finish), Tim Nolan (, Robert Mtshali Medal, 9th Comrades finish), and Steve Maliszewski (, Bronze Medal, 13th Comrades Finish)

More importantly, the team raised $6,380 for the !!! Way to go!!! Ska Fela Moya

Congratulations to Linda Mansell (), Tim Nolan (), Victoria Nolan (), Sarah Shannon () and Liz Sirmans () who all ran the 130th this morning!!!!

The weather was ideal for marathoning and the Boston crowd did not disappoint. Way to go runners!!!

Congratulations to Connor Bessel () and Steve Maliszewski () who both ran the Seabrook Lucky Trails Marathon last Saturday.
Connor finished 2nd overall in 3:26:57 and Steve finished 2nd in his age group in 3:42:36.
