For those struggling with PTSD, help is available. Mighty Oaks Foundation is a wonderful resource for veterans and first responders, as is PCS Ministries. Feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance getting connected to someone who can help. Matt was a veteran who struggled with PTSD, and we know firsthand that not all wounds are visible. ā¤ļøāš©¹

Today we remember Matthewās brother in arms, SSgt Dustin Peters, whom lost his life while serving alongside Matthew in Iraq in 2004 when their convoy was hit by an IED. Matthew was deeply impacted by the loss of his friend and fellow soldier. He thought of SSgt Peters often, and even visited his gravesite in Arkansas. Matt never let a Memorial Day pass without posting a heartfelt message in remembrance of SSgt Peters, and we will continue to remember him on Matthewās behalf.
āThank youā could never be enough to express the gratitude we have for all of the many brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
āAll gave some. Some gave all.ā
