We all know someone who says...

"I need to get back into shape."

"I just don't know where to start."

"I've never felt comfortable in a gym."

"I wish I had someone to keep me accountable."

That person might not need another fitness ad.

They might just need a friend to say...

"Come with me."

Sometimes one invitation is all it takes.

Our community has always grown one relationship at a time.

Friends and Family month starts Monday, we ask you to help us continue that tradition.

While you are out with your friends and family this weekend, look around and think about who needs that little push.

Bring them in for Free between Aug. 3 - Aug. 23 and show them why you love your ENDVR community!

Where showing up feels a little easier because you know the people waiting inside.

Where fitness doesn’t have to happen only within our four walls

That didn't happen because of advertising.
It happened because of you.

Come see ENDVR transform into one of the most unique concert venues featuring some of Houston's most talented artists. Sofar Sounds Houston is hosting a nod to DJ Screw with a night inspired by Houston’s legacy of freestyle, improvisation, and storytelling over sound—where voice became instrument and expression became culture. From spoken word to rap to soulful interpretation, we follow the thread of how Houston learned to speak in rhythm and build something lasting from it.

Pup-dates!! These are way late but it's ok! An amazing foster took Perla in and brought her into their program. The foster fell in love with her and decided she wasn't going to let her go! Perla is now living her best life on the beach in Galveston with a big sister to teach her the ways!!

took Bao into their program and he quickly found a home all the way up in Washington where he is so loved and loving the snow! Thank you to and for sharing the foster duties!

Thank you to everybody who shared their info and donated goods to their causes. These are stray dogs 10 and 11 that the ENDVR community has found forever homes for!! You all are the best!!

We're taking our Sunday Strength Training For Runners class on the road this week! Join us at St. Arnold Brewery Sunday, April 19 for a special class. Class starts at 9:45 am. Stick around after for brunch and a pint!
