Soccer Stars tried out a new game to practice offense and defense. You can see by the action shot that it was a high energy activity. Literally the entire Kinder-2nd class were laying on the floor exhausted after! 🤣

Balance not only builds physical coordination, but it is also deeply connected to cognitive growth. It enhances concentration, spatial awareness, and the underlying motor control necessary for reading and writing.
Plus, it's fun! 🎉

Future Allstars are learning about basketball 🏀 for the NBA finals this week. One reason we love introducing basketball for early learners is that it helps grow upper body muscles. By using the proper size equipment, they are truly able to grasp concepts.
