✨ Employee Spotlight ✨ Meet Joaquina Schneider, our Membership Director!

Joaquina's journey with Sterling Country Club began in 2015 when she joined the team as a beverage cart girl while attending Texas A&M University. She returned to the Club in 2022 as our Membership Director, bringing her passion for connecting with people and creating exceptional member experiences. When she's not at the Club, you can find her at Orangetheory, exploring new food spots with her husband and son, or catching up on her latest TV series obsession.

Fun Fact: Joaquina was born in Argentina!
