Alright, alright… YOU CAUGHT US.

After a full day of denying the allegations, we’re finally ready to come clean.

That was NOT Henrique in yesterday’s video.

Apparently throwing an AI actor in a gi and hoping nobody would notice wasn’t our most convincing plan. And judging by the comments, some of y’all figured it out immediately.

The Henrique was fake.
The ad was fake.
But the bottles? VERY REAL.

Our new Gracie Barra Westchase bottles are officially here and available at the gym now. Supplies are limited, so get yours before they disappear faster than our credibility did yesterday.

"I feel really happy that my dad brings me to Jiu-Jitsu every day. He puts in a lot of time and effort to bring me here so I can learn lessons on the mat that I can keep forever for the rest of my life. I also love coming to Westchase because the coaches and the people here are so supportive and make it feel like family. Sometimes my dad does embarrassing stuff and I get a little embarrassed, but I'm just so grateful to him for everything he does for me.

He always tells me that tournaments are meant for learning, no matter what happens. Even when I win, he reminds me that I need to stay humble, never look down on anyone, and never use what I learn to bully others. I love this gym because it calms me.”

Due to the growing interest in No-Gi competition, we are expanding our Wednesday Kids No-Gi class and giving our athletes more time on the mats.
Starting now, Wednesday Kids No-Gi will begin at 5:30 PM instead of 6:00 PM.
That means 30 extra minutes of No-Gi training every Wednesday for our kids to sharpen technique, get more live rounds, prepare for competition, and continue building confidence in the No-Gi game.
We have been excited to see how much interest the kids are showing in competing, and we want to keep giving them more opportunities to grow.

We will be out supporting our competitors and our Gracie Barra team as they step on the mats.
