Sessions are coached by experienced trainer in a small group (3-6ppl) or private sessions. Supplemental classes include yoga and tai chi.

We empower adults 50+ to rebuild strength, vitality, and confidenceโ€”so they can move better, feel better, and do more of what they love, leading to fuller, more active lives. EFW utilizes a variety of training tools including but not limited to, Keiser pneumatic resistance equipment, the ActivMotion Bar, Anchor Point Training elastic resistance, TRX Training, medicine balls, free weights and more.
