Almost 25 years ago, Houston Gym opened as an alternative to big, impersonal fitness centers with staffs of high-pressure salespeople.

We built a facility that boasts NEW state-of -the-art equipment, yet retains the casual feel of a neighborhood gym. We are a locally owned gym with a friendly neighborhood feel, the exact opposite of the huge corporate gyms. We are committed to providing our members with the tools they need for an effective, efficient and enjoyable exercise program. Whether you're interested in weight loss, toning, competitive bodybuilding or just starting out, Houston Gym is the right place for you.

Eat like you love your body
No extremes. No starving. No weird detox teas
- Build meals around protein + fiber (keeps you full longer)
- Eat regularly. Skipping meals means chaos later
- Hydrate like it’s your job (2–3L/day is a good goal)

Pro tip: Add before you subtract. Focus on adding veggies, protein, water. Don’t just cut things out.

- Strength train 2–4x/week (bodyweight counts!)
- Don’t skip mobility, your future self will thank you
