If you’ve ever taken Coach Ewee’s class, you know you’re guaranteed two things: GREAT coaching… and some old-school hip-hop. 🎶🎤
Coach Ewee is very patient, and whether you’re asking him to demonstrate a combo one more time or need help putting everything together, he’ll take the time to make sure you understand it. His knowledge, skill, and ability to break things down make him an incredible coach for boxers of every experience level.
He brings the perfect mix of fun, encouragement, and technical coaching to every class, and we’re lucky to have him on our team.

After a tough workout, Coach Liz’s Wednesday 7 PM class finished with one of our favorite reaction drills! Members worked on their slip, roll combinations until Coach Liz called “CONE!” 🟠 The first person to grab it won!
It’s a fun way to sharpen your defense, improve your reaction time, and end class with a few laughs after putting in the work. 😄
