2. Overcome personal goals and challenges. This is how we grow.

3. How you treat others. This is how you represent yourself your family and the community, you can be the best competitor but if you’re not a good human then you’re still lacking.

Every Friday class is known as Rumble in the Jungle. This is the class where our students main goal is to apply the techniques of the week in a live training scenario as well as keeping up with the pace of the rounds. More experienced students are also tasked with bringing up the little lions up to speed. Nothing but rounds on this day.

Every first week of the month is our adults Nogi week! Gi & nogi is still part of our Jiu-Jitsu program for kids & adults. 🤼

Learning new skills doesn’t have to be boring! These Lil Lions show up everyday to learn and have fun. 😎
