We had a great turnout and lots of thoughtful questions today at our presentation on knee pain! Our own physical therapists, Amber Lowe and Amy Gremillion, provided education and practical applications during “Understanding and Managing Knee Pain As We Age.”

We are proud to offer quarterly educational presentations to our patients and community in order to empower individuals with knowledge, promote healthy aging, and help people stay active and moving with confidence throughout every stage of life.

Recently, we hosted another educational session for our clients. We hosted Gail Zitterkopf, a PT and program manager at Memorial Hermann Pelvic Health - Memorial City. She provided a very informative presentation on "Tips to Start Controlling Urinary Urgency and Stress Incontinence".
