Ranch Ride Carriage Drive wishes all our friends a safe and happy 4th of July weekend on the occasion of the nation's 250th birthday! Here's to the next 250 years, USA! We plan to celebrate this weekend as always, with our traditional all-American beef burger from The Ranch Downtown, hot off the grill. Pupster approves.

We're proud to share that two drivers who trained and prepared under Paul's guidance have brought home Champion ribbons for their divisions! Congratulations to Stewart for winning the Novice Division Champion ribbon, and to Tibe for winning the Junior Division Champion ribbon. Many thanks as always to the many volunteers who set up obstacles, provide arena officials, and keep everything running smoothly throughout the event, with special thanks to HACA President Cynthia Stickle, Course Designer Keith Yutzey, and Show Organizer Linda Yutzey. Special shout-out to Caryn Crull for the loan of her beautiful Modern Shetland pony, Star!

Our friends at the .S. Department of Agriculture reminded us that May is National Beef Month! It is, they write, "a time to celebrate the ranchers, veterinarians, and communities who keep America’s beef industry strong. Healthy herds mean a strong beef supply - and we’re committed to supporting producers and protecting U.S. agriculture every step of the way." Here at Ranch Ride Carriage Drive, the beautiful Brahman cattle, famous for their resistance to heat and drought conditions, are a daily sight. Thank a rancher as you head out to enjoy the last weekend in May!

For those who don't know, this is Fen's other job, and now she has made her television debut. She was a rock star with all the new sights and sounds that go along with filming.
