Slow down Saturdays with Davis Mitchell ✨😴
Davis Mitchell will be guiding yin on Saturdays at 5:30 pm starting this weekend 🛸🙌
Learn more about Davis! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Davis teaches Yin with a focus on slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with the body.
With a love for strength training and dynamic yoga, he found Yin to be a great complement to the physical demands of training, allowing the chance to work on the areas that don’t always get attention when we’re focused on strength and performance.

Recent YTT graduate Carley Roseberry Kuhl is teaching her first public class ➡️ SATURDAY • 8/22 • 4 PM 🤩
More about Carley ⬇️
Carley’s yoga journey started as a way to slow down, get out of her head, and create a little more balance in her busy life as an engineer.
What started as something just for herself quickly became something she wanted to share with others, leading her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training in May!
As a teacher, Carley hopes to create classes that feel challenging but approachable, while keeping things fun and lighthearted.
Her biggest reminder? Give yourself grace, and don’t take yourself too seriously and be proud of yourself for simply showing up on your mat!
Off the mat, you can usually find her playing with her toy Yorkies, traveling, or spending time with the people she loves.

Ashtanga with ANA | YOGA & STRENGHT INSTRUCTOR • MON & FRI 6:30 AM
More about Ana ⬇️
A passionate yoga teacher who found Ashtanga in 2023, when my journey with this practice began.
Since then, Ashtanga has allowed me to connect more deeply with my mind, body, and soul. It brings me clarity in moments of uncertainty, discipline when I need direction, and peace to my heart.
My passion for Ashtanga led me to complete a 300-hour training, where I had the opportunity to understand the practice beyond the physical poses and learn more about Ashtanga as a system.
One of its greatest lessons for me has been simple: our actions are what ultimately move us toward our goals.
We practice, we show up, and we keep going.
Along the way, I also fell in love with Rocket Yoga, completing 100 hours of training. I love the playfulness, freedom, and curiosity that Rocket brings to my practice.
Yin Yoga came into my life through a knee injury. It taught me to slow down, listen to my body, and understand how intentional movement can support healing and create a deeper relationship with ourselves.
These three branches of yoga have become my core, my roots, and my anchor. They may look different, but each one has taught me something about how I want to move through life.
Before I was a teacher, I was a student. And I will always be a student first.
I’m excited to share this practice with you 🙌🏻
