We’re looking for a High School to Health Care Program Manager to help build career pathways that connect high school students with health care careers, hands-on experiences, mentorship, and opportunities to succeed close to home.

✨ In this role, you will:
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, health care organizations, and community partners
• Develop health care career pathways and hands-on learning opportunities
• Connect students with mentors, career exploration, and clinical experiences
• Help strengthen the future of the rural health care workforce
• Lead and evaluate programs designed to make a lasting impact on students and communities

🎓 We’re looking for someone with:
• A bachelor’s degree in education, public health, health care administration, or a related field
• Experience in education, career development, health care, or program management
• Strong leadership, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A passion for helping students explore and pursue health care careers

This is more than a program management position — it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of health care in Northern Michigan.
