Last weekend the 12u twins showed out. Winning the PG Sunday series championship. Congratulations to the boys and Coach Roell

2 weeks late but the 11u twins came back from a 5-2 deficit in the last inning to win 6-5 in the rbi tournament. Quality at bats and attacking the zone on the mound. Proud of these guys.

Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife. 3 years and you haven’t killed me yet. I am a difficult person to live with I know, but not only have you put up with my crap for all this time, you’ve stood right beside me through everything. You’ve had my back when I thought I was alone. My partner in crime, CrossFit companion, cruise partner…my everything. Not sure why God blessed me with you but I’m thankful he did. I love you babe.

Competed in my first individual CF comp today. It came down to the 4th workout of the day between me and another guy, and I finished 7 seconds ahead of him to secure 1st place. I’ll be 45 in a couple weeks and I’m still trying to teach my kids by example to make themselves 1% better everyday. Easy=mediocrity. If you’re not happy with your situation, focusing on bettering yourself. You can speak negative and put blame elsewhere, or you can speak positive and change yourself.
