Jackson County High School Wrestling

Calling all rising 9th grade students and parents! Join us for the 4th Annual Panther Preview on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 PM at Jackson County High School.

The evening will begin with a presentation in the auditorium at 5:30 PM featuring valuable information to help students and families feel prepared for the start of high school.

After the meeting, families will have the opportunity to walk their student’s schedule and meet club and sports representatives. We can’t wait to welcome the Class of 2030 to JCHS!

These Panthers invested in themselves and their teammates for four days at the App State Wrestling Camp amongst over 600 wrestlers. The daily training and matches weren't always easy, but as history teaches us, we grow from our challenges. The team finished in 4th place of 20 teams in duals in our division against teams throughout the southeast. Cael Powers finished as the end of camp tournament champion for the 2nd year in a row. Proud of these young wrestlers for their investment in wrestling this past week and through June!
