BIG personalities.
EVEN BIGGER energy. 😎🔥

Our Friday afternoon Hip Hop classes have officially kicked off, and these girls wasted absolutely NO time bringing the sass! 💃🏼🎶

They came ready to move, groove, pose, perform, and WORK IT — and we are already obsessed with this crew. There is nothing better than watching them gain confidence, let loose, and have so much fun being exactly who they are.

Friday nights at BGDC are officially a VIBE. 💙💚

There’s just something so precious about the very beginning. ✨ 🤍

Tiny ballerinas learning first position, twirling just because it feels good, watching themselves in the mirror, finding the music, and beginning to discover how much fun it is to MOVE.

Tonight was their very first class of the season, and for this little hour they weren’t just preschoolers and kindergarteners…

They were BALLERINAS. 🩰

No pressure. No perfection. Just freedom, confidence, imagination, and the sweetest little dancers falling in love with dance.

✨Season 16✨ is officially underway, and these are the moments we NEVER want to forget. 💚💙

Today we get to celebrate one of the absolute most precious people in our DanceCats family — our incredible coach, choreographer, mentor, encourager, and QUEEN! ✨

Mrs. Monique brings so much more than beautiful choreography into our studio. She pours her heart into our dancers, believes in them, pushes them, loves them, and helps them grow into stronger dancers and even better people. We are endlessly grateful for the talent, wisdom, passion, energy, and LOVE she shares with our girls year after year.

There truly is only ((ONE)) Mrs. Monique, and we feel so incredibly lucky that she is •OURS•. 🥹💙

“Free dance” may look like •simple• fun, but it serves such an ((important)) purpose. 💙

Giving children the freedom to move without choreography, correction, or the fear of doing it “wrong” helps them
-become comfortable in their own bodies,
-build confidence, and
-learn to express themselves through movement.

At a young age, we want our dancers to learn that movement can be joyful, creative, and completely their own. Before we ever ask them to perform for an audience, we want them to feel safe simply being themselves. ✨
