We’re adding Forms & Basics Workouts leading up to Diamond Nationals! These sessions will focus on cleaning up technique, sharpening basics, and getting your forms tournament-ready for one of the biggest events of the year. Diamond Nationals takes place October 8–10.

Summer is officially winding down 😭☀️ which means FULL UNIFORM for classes starting today!

👕 T-shirts are only allowed for sparring classes.

We’re sad to see summer go… but excited to get everyone back in their full uniform and ready to train! 🥋💪
