The drape can get caught during our unveiling if we the artist have not finished our work. As painful as that can be, it is the reflective present nudge of unfinished capability fostered in our pursuits. A far greater infliction is to steal that pain from ourselves by forcefully tearing through the fabric, avoiding its truth, revealing a settling display of mediocrity that purposeful discomfort smoothly sharpens to prevent the theft of what could have been our true hard earned discovered self in exchange for comfortable acceptance.
