Women’s self-defense class focuses on preparation and empowerment A women’s self-defense class is helping participants build confidence and teaching them what to do if they find themselves in danger.

Look for these awesome programs at your Meet the Teacher event! We will be hosting a 1 day per week after school martial arts class at each of these schools.
