平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
昨日令和8年2月15日午前5時5分に、副会長•沢井一恵（85歳）が病気療養中のところ逝去いたしました。 ここに生前のご厚誼を深く感謝し、謹んでお知らせ申し上げます。
つきましては、通夜ならびに葬儀告別式を下記の通り執り行います。
本来であれば拝眉の上ご挨拶申し上げるべきところ、略儀ながらこちらから謹んでお知らせ申し上げます。
