Another week, another fun schedule of classes! Kicking this week off with an A Hui Hou to our lovely coach, Olivia! Come celebrate the love and inspiration she’s brought as a member and coach and send her off with the best wishes on her new chapter! 💕
Ending the week with a fun sisterhood SLAM class with our slam sisters down the road at S.L.A.M. Wahiawa! We ere so excited to get to expand our community and make new friendships! Stick around for a fun playgroup afterward too! 🖍️
Don’t miss our Hike Like a Mother event next Saturday! We’re taking on Aiea Loop! Might have some mud but will definitely have fun with lots of good conversation! This is an adult only hike so SLADs are welcome! 🥾
Can’t wait to spend this week with you all! This group has been so strong and positive through so many highs and lows this summer and I can’t express enough my gratitude for you all and this community! Thanks for all you do!!

We’re officially in July and have so much fun planned for classes and chances to meet up outside of class! Take a peek at our month’s events and all the themed classes we have in store! 🙌🏼
Important notes for this month 👇🏼
▫️We have a fun BINGO card incentive (swipe left) this month! The more bingos you get, the more entries towards a free SLAM shirt! ✨
▫️Sisterhood classes with SLAM Wahiawa!! We will be taking a field trip up to their location on the 10th and class will start at 9:00am instead of our usual 9:15. We’ll also have a splash pad meet up with them afterwards where we’ll share pastries and let the fun and conversations carry on! So excited to meet more SLAM sisters and expand our community 💕
▫️Watermelon Class on the 13th! Bring a watermelon as your weight for the class! The bigger the watermelon the stronger the mama 😂
▫️Mom’s Night Out has been moved to Friday the 17th due to a scheduling error. It was previously announced as the 18th. Christmas in July themed so wear your favorite holiday jammies and let’s have fun playing BUNCO! Thank you to Angela for being our gracious host 🫶🏻
