Happiness for me … 🙏🏼🤌🔥 here

I spend 3 days at Sequoia National Park and King Canary Davidson woods with person I love the most!
So grateful 😘

Those trees over 2000-3000 years old. Can you imagine people will live that long!????

…. 🌺🤌😘 Hawaii is my home

Life has SO many colors 🌈✨ — and summer never really ends for me here in Hawaii. 🌺🌊

After wrapping up my competition season, these last four weeks have honestly become some of the most memorable weeks of my life. ❤️

Time with the people I love. Friends. Family. Delicious food. Going out. Hiking. Exploring. Laughing. Living. And training in the gym with my love. 🥰🏋️‍♀️

Because bodybuilding, for me, has never been just about stepping on stage.

It’s a lifestyle.

I still choose healthier options. I still train. I still take care of my body. But I also enjoy the chocolate, the wine, the dinners, the adventures, and the moments that make life worth living. 🍷🍫🌴

It’s all about BALANCE.

And after this competition season, I realized something even more clearly:

I’m not chasing a pro card.
I’m not chasing first place.
I’m chasing HAPPINESS. ❤️

Because what’s the point of having the “perfect” body if you don’t feel alive inside it?

For me, success is coming back to the place where I feel happy, healthy, confident, and connected to myself.

And now… I’m opening my doors again. ✨

I’m accepting new clients who are like me — successful women 30+ who want to bring their health, body, mindset, confidence, and LIFE back into alignment without giving up everything they love.

If you’re ready to find your balance, I’d love to help you. 💚

DM me the word “HAPPINESS” and I’ll get back to you.

And tell me in the comments: What makes YOU happy? 👇❤️

What an incredible, fun, messy, beautiful, and TASTY life I have. 🤍✨

Sometimes I look around and realize how much life has happened at once — friendships, immigration, new chapters, big dreams, hard decisions, travel, celebrations, and moments that challenged me in ways I never expected.

I’m officially closing my competition season, and honestly, I’m ready to breathe a little deeper. 🦋

For months, my life revolved around discipline, training, food, posing, cardio, and chasing a goal. And I’m incredibly proud of what I accomplished. But life is so much bigger than a stage, a body, or a trophy.

I want dinners with friends. 🍷
I want spontaneous adventures.
I want delicious food without calculating every bite.
I want deep conversations, laughter until my stomach hurts, and memories that have nothing to do with macros or medals.

Moving through immigration and building a life far from where I started has taught me something important: we don’t get to wait for life to become perfectly balanced.

There will always be chaos, uncertainty, responsibilities, and unexpected turns.

So maybe the goal isn’t to create a perfectly balanced life.

Maybe it’s to find balance inside the imbalance. 🌿

To work hard AND enjoy.
To have discipline AND freedom.
To take care of your body AND feed your soul.
To chase your dreams AND actually live along the way.

Because this life is happening NOW.

And I want to taste it all. ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter — less perfection, more presence, more friends, more adventures, more laughter, and a whole lot more living. 🥂✨

What I Eat in a Day as a Vegan Athlete 🌱💪

People always ask me what I eat to stay lean, build muscle, and have energy… so here’s a look at a typical day!

The biggest thing I’ve learned? It’s not about being “perfect.” It’s about being consistent.

I follow an 80/20 approach:
✨ 80% of the time I focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods that fuel my workouts and recovery.
✨ The other 20%? I enjoy life. A vegan dessert, a dinner out, a glass of wine with friends, or a treat without guilt.

Balance is what makes this lifestyle sustainable. You don’t have to eliminate the foods you love to achieve your fitness goals. You just need habits you can stick with for years—not days.

Being healthy isn’t about restriction. It’s about nourishing your body while still enjoying your life.

What’s one food you could never give up? 👇🌱

Standing on the USA National stage was a dream, and I’m incredibly proud to have earned 4th Place in Physique Model Class C. 🇺🇸🏆 NPC News Online Official Page MUSCLECONTEST

Every early morning, every workout, every sacrifice, every meal, and every moment of self-doubt led to this stage. While I didn’t leave with the result I ultimately want, I walked away stronger, more experienced, and more motivated than ever.

Now comes the exciting part… I want to beat this look. I know I have more to bring, and I’m already thinking about what’s next.

So tell me… 👀

What do you think I’m doing next?
💪 Another show?
⏸️ Taking some time off?
🔥 Chasing an even better package?

Thank you to everyone who believed in me, supported me, cheered me on, and followed this journey. Your messages, encouragement, and love mean more than you know. This is just another step in the journey—and I promise, the best is yet to come. ❤️

I love trying new experiences, especially when something unique comes to Hawaii. That’s why I decided to try Le Petit Chef in Honolulu. Le Petit Chef

To be honest, I left feeling disappointed.

My husband ordered the vegetarian menu, and I chose the vegan menu. We spent around $450 plus tip (not including drinks), and for that price, I expected so much more.

The biggest disappointment was the food. The dishes we were served didn’t match what was shown on the website, and they also looked different from the animated presentations projected onto our plates. As a vegan, I found the food lacked quality, flavor, and creativity. My husband wasn’t impressed with the vegetarian menu either.

What surprised me even more was hearing the guests sitting next to us, who ordered the regular menu, saying they also weren’t happy with their food.

The service was truly the best part of the evening. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive, and I really appreciated that.

The experience itself wasn’t quite what I expected from everything I had seen on Instagram. The concept is a small animated projection on your plate before each course, which is fun at first, but overall it didn’t feel as immersive or magical as I imagined. The restaurant itself is also very simple, without the atmosphere or decorations I was expecting. We also noticed the show didn’t begin until everyone had ordered drinks, which are an additional cost.

I’m still happy I tried it because I enjoy experiencing new things and supporting new concepts on Oʻahu. But if I’m being honest, I wouldn’t recommend it—especially if you’re vegan or vegetarian.

I truly hope they improve the quality of the food because the idea behind Le Petit Chef is so creative. With better dishes that actually match what’s advertised, I think it could become an amazing experience.

Have you been? I’d love to hear what you thought.
