With just a couple of weeks left for me on island, I’ll be wrapping up my in person classes this weekend and next. I’ll be at Makalapa the next two Saturday mornings, and this Sunday (12 July) marks the final Sunset on the Water class at Hickam. Class is free, but RSVP if can. :)

After six wonderful years in Hawai’i, it’s time to move on to Colorado! Join me on the mat in June and July, even if it’s just to roll out your mat, take a break, and say hello.

Base access required for all classes, yoga experience is NOT. Come as you are, and bring a battle buddy.
