Local potato 🥔 alert!! With a goal to offer steady, year-round supply of locally grown potatoes to Hawaii markets, Mahi Pono produces choke (like 50,000 lbs) potatoes each week!! They turn some into delicious 🤤 chips, and the rest to local markets. But that’s not all they grow, they have non-GMO papayas, kales, beans, and so much more! Fun fact: most potatoes in the US are harvested in September and October and exported throughout the year, so in some cases you’re eating potatoes that are three to six months or older! If you eat Maui-grown potatoes, you’re eating the freshest there is in the country 😋

Meet you producer 🌱Their 6 acre family-run farm grows herbs herb and more herbs! Not to mention, they’re Certified Organic and Food Safe. Find them in all the marjor markets state wide (and of course on our store) growing all your favorites like basil, sage, thyme, oregano, mint and green onions🌿. Fun fact: they raise chickens for eggs 🥚 and they’re named after Disney characters 🤣
