Unlocking Abundance is a breathwork journey designed to explore the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be shaping your relationship with money, receiving, success, and worthiness.
Through breathwork we’ll move into the deeper stories you may have carried since childhood. You’ll be guided to release scarcity, fear, control, and limiting beliefs while reconnecting with gratitude, possibility, and the feeling of having enough. We’ll visualize the abundance you want to create—not only financially, but in love, health, time, freedom, purpose, and joy.
Come ready to breathe, let go, receive, and step into a more expansive version of your life.
Please bring a yoga mat, dress comfortably and a sweater.
