🏋️NEW PROGRAM🏋️

We're excited to introduce our newest program!

MIA Strength & Conditioning Program is a new 12-week performance training program in collaboration with Kratos Power Athletics, designed specifically for players born between 2010–2013.

Led by Coach Yuki (), a former professional soccer player who competed in both the United States and Europe, this program focuses on developing the strength, speed, power, and athleticism needed to compete at the next level.

As players enter their middle and high school years, physical development becomes one of the biggest factors in long-term success. We're excited to provide another pathway for our athletes to continue growing—both on and off the field.
