Feeling this tug, ignited perhaps by the death of a loved one, loss of self, work, health, and other experiences life can show us. I have been in that place, with a myriad of life challenges. They included, but were not limited to big career changes, divorce, family struggles, weight issues, depression, and the tragic death of My Person. My life crumbled to an unrecognizable shell of what it was. In my darkest hour, I was completely broken open. In that vulnerable broken place, my wonderful story begins. Love of all that was and most powerfully, my love of self. Life was never the same. I look forward to supporting and walking with you as you explore all the love that is here for you,on your journey.
