Who remembers emailgate 2025?? I miss boo boo 😭

I’ve been back in a scene study acting class for the last year. Back to my theatre roots.

My attendance is...questionable.

To be fair, class is basically a part-time job between rehearsal and the commute, but other day my teacher called me out on it.

I told him I’m in my Erin Brockovich era, doing my best—which isn’t untrue.

It just isn’t the whole truth.

I also avoid going to class because it scares me.

It scares me to get so close to what I love and have it hurt again.

Which is also why I’ve been avoiding inviting agents and managers to our showcase.

But tonight I’m sending the email.

Well…actually a lot of emails.

Mostly cold emails. My brain thinks it’s deeply uncool, and my nervous system thinks I’m back in 2023.

But if that’s the price of my dreams, it’s one I’m willing to pay.

Go get that dream y’all. 🤍🦁

You probably believed in Santa Clause until you were 8, you can believe in yourself for 48 hours. 🤣

If you want to be famous, you are going to have to get really good at feeling a little delusional.

Because in the beginning… you are.

You are believing in something that does not exist yet.
There is no evidence.
No proof.
No external validation.
No one else can fully see the vision the way you can.

And that is exactly why most people quit.

They feel that first wave of:
maybe I’m too old
maybe I’m kidding myself
maybe it’s too late
who am I to think I could do this?

And instead of staying with the vision, they start negotiating with their doubt.

But if this is a dream you have seen in your mind for years, I want you to do something different.

Lean in.

The second those thoughts come up, do not treat them like a stop sign.

At first, it is going to feel irrational.
