Harley was ALL OVER THE FIELD this weekend! From taking corners and creating opportunities to winning balls and battling for every possession, his tenacity never stopped. That kind of effort is contagious! 💪🔥

⭐ 10U — Jordan Tyson
Jordan helped lead our 10U squad to a SILVER MEDAL at KOSA Cup! 🥈 He stepped up when his team needed him most. Jordan consistently found ways to make an impact and helped push his team all the way to the Final. What a weekend! 👏⚽🔥

⭐ 12U — Jayden Holland
Jayden is the definition of an all-around player and leader. He brings effort, composure, skill, and leadership to the field while constantly looking for ways to make the players around him better. Whether it’s making a play, winning a battle, or leading by example, Jayden continues to show what being a complete Fury player looks like. 🧡🖤

⭐ 14U — Moriah Bowling
A player who has NO QUIT is one of the greatest assets a team can have. Moriah gave everything he had in every single game. He battled, defended, created opportunities, competed for every ball, and never stopped working. Then on Sunday, he put one in the back of the net! ⚽🔥 But the goal was only one piece of what made his weekend outstanding — his effort was there from the first whistle to the last.

This weekend, our Most Improved Players showed tremendous growth, determination, and a willingness to embrace the defensive side of the game. These players stepped up, battled, and proved that being a great defender takes more than just athletic ability — it takes discipline, courage, communication, and heart. 🖤🧡

⭐ 8U — Ariya Patton
Ariya has been becoming a locked-down defender, showing confidence, toughness, and a relentless willingness to win the ball. She continues to grow into a defender who makes it difficult for opponents to get through. 🔒💪

⭐ 10U — Landon Duffy
Coming off a weekend where the 10U squad battled all the way to the KOSA Cup Final, Landon showed tremendous improvement on the defensive end. He continues to develop his positioning, challenges, and ability to help shut down opposing attacks. 🛡️🔥

⭐ 12U — Victoria Miranda
Victoria continues to make strides defensively, becoming more confident and composed when defending her side of the field. Her improvement, effort, and willingness to take on defensive responsibilities have not gone unnoticed. 👏⚽

⭐ 14U — Landon Cates
Landon stepped up in a big way, embracing defensive responsibilities and taking on new roles when his team needed him. His willingness to battle, defend, and do the work for the team is exactly what growth looks like. 💪🛡️

What a weekend for our 10U Fury NXT team at the KOSA Cup in North Myrtle Beach! 🌊🏆

These boys COMPETED. FOUGHT. AND NEVER QUIT. 💪

They battled through the heat, the long weekend, and some tough competition—playing FOUR games with NO SUBSTITUTES! 🥵🔥 That means every player had to dig deep, push through the exhaustion, and keep fighting for their teammates.

And they did just that.

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Today, we remember the 2,977 innocent lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice serving and protecting others.

We remember their courage.
We remember their families.
We remember the heroes.
And above all, we remember. ❤️🤍💙

This Saturday, as you see our amazing Fayetteville Fury NXT teams taking the fields in Myrtle Beach, look closely at their right sleeves. 🇺🇸

Our players will proudly wear special 9/11 remembrance stickers on their sleeves as a small tribute to those who gave everything and to the countless heroes whose lives were forever changed that day.

We may be on the soccer field, but we will carry the memory of September 11 with us.

🇺🇸 9/11 HEROES: THE MEN WHO SAID “LET’S ROLL” 🇺🇸

Today, as we continue our week of honoring the heroes of September 11, Fayetteville Fury NXT remembers four ordinary men who found themselves in an extraordinary moment — and chose to fight back.

Todd Beamer.
Mark Bingham.
Tom Burnett.
Jeremy Glick.

They were passengers aboard United Airlines Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.

After learning through phone calls that other planes had already struck the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, they realized what could happen if their plane reached its intended target.

They made a choice.

They would fight back.

Along with other courageous passengers, these men helped organize an attempt to retake the cockpit from the hijackers. Their actions prevented Flight 93 from reaching its intended target. The plane crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, at 10:03 a.m., killing everyone aboard — but likely saving countless lives on the ground. (National Park Service)

They weren’t soldiers on a battlefield.

They were fathers.
Husbands.
Sons.
Friends.
Everyday Americans.

But when faced with an impossible choice, they chose courage over fear.

Today, we remember Todd Beamer, Mark Bingham, Tom Burnett, Jeremy Glick — and every passenger and crew member of Flight 93 who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Their courage changed the course of history.

🇺🇸 9/11 HEROES: THE MARITIME RESCUERS 🇺🇸

Today, during our week of honoring the heroes of September 11, 2001, Fayetteville Fury NXT remembers a group of heroes whose incredible story deserves to be told — the maritime rescuers of New York Harbor. 🚤🇺🇸

When Lower Manhattan became trapped after the attacks, bridges, tunnels and other transportation routes were closed. Thousands of people were left with nowhere to go.

Then came the call:

“All available boats.”

Ferry captains. Tugboat crews. Coast Guard personnel. Fireboats. NYPD and FDNY vessels. Commercial crews. Private boat owners.

They answered.

More than 150 vessels and over 800 mariners rushed toward Lower Manhattan, navigating through smoke, debris and uncertainty to rescue people who desperately needed a way out.

In less than nine hours, an estimated 300,000–500,000 people were transported to safety across New York Harbor — the largest maritime evacuation in American history. (911memorial.org)

These weren’t people waiting for someone else to act.

They saw people in danger, and they went toward them.

Today, we honor every captain, crew member, Coast Guard service member, firefighter, police officer and civilian mariner who answered that call.

Their courage reminds us that heroes aren’t always wearing uniforms or standing in the spotlight.

Sometimes, they’re simply the people who say:

“I’ll help.”
