It's Into the Woods season! Truly one of the best times of the year for riding!
All rides will start at the New Richmond Bridge at 6:30pm on Tuesday nights. Headlights are required. This year the season will officially run for 8 weeks, starting last week and ending 10/27. We will keep our eyes on 11/3 for a possible bonus week before Iceman, TBD.
Similar to last year, we’ll follow the standard route by default. Unless another route is posted the week-of, we will follow the 31mi route at this link:

We recommend you load the route on a GPS if you’re not familiar enough with the roads to find your way back alone in the dark. We’re not shooting to leave anyone on their own, but groups often get split up. The front group averages 18-20mph, and there is often a second group that forms, rolling 15-16mph.
On a related note, all Into the Woods rides utilize the buddy system. Please make sure you have a “buddy” before you leave the parking lot to start each ride. You and your buddy are responsible for making sure neither of you go home until you’ve both made it back to the parking lot. We'd recommend making sure you have each other’s phone numbers just in case.
