Ever wonder what happens before our lettuce makes it onto your plate? At Ironwood Hingham, we take the time to properly clean and prep our greens so every bite is fresh and ready to enjoy.

🌱 Cut fresh lettuce
💦 Give it a bath & soak in water
🫧 Let the dirt settle to the bottom
🥗 Spin it dry in our salad spinner
🌬️ Air dry for an hour
📦 Pack it fresh and ready for service
