The 13th amendment 'ended' slavery for black slaves. The 14th amendment was created due to People of the several States did not want them to have all the same rights as them....it was never even properly ratified according to Congress (1967)....it was a way to extend 'slavery' while appearing free...but somewhere along the line it got bastardized and now everybody born is put in this category automatically.

How many times have you started a new diet or workout program full of hope… only to fall off after a few weeks?

Most people (and most coaches) tell you to fix your food and exercise first. But in reality, that's one of the biggest reasons plans fail long-term.
Real, lasting change happens in this order:
Mind → Health Foundations → Body
Mind doesn't go without the Body and Vice versa. They both have to be on track towards something that they both want.
When you skip the foundation and go straight to calories, macros, and lifting programs, your body doesn't have the internal systems online to support the changes.
That's why motivation fades, energy crashes, and old habits return.
The foundation I'm talking about starts with fixing your circadian rhythm, optimizing your mitochondria, and balancing your hormones.
Once those are working properly, diet and exercise actually start working with your body instead of against it.
I used to focus heavily on food and training too.
Over the years I realized something important: the people who get the best, most sustainable results aren't necessarily the ones who follow the "perfect" diet or program. They're the ones who fixed their internal environment first.

The Core Conflict: Dermatology vs. Circadian Biology
Mainstream dermatology views ultraviolet radiation primarily as a carcinogen and aging accelerator. The prescription is simple: apply broad-spectrum SPF daily, year-round, to block UV rays.
This is the way to cancer and other bad stuff.
Circadian biology takes a different view.
Sunlight delivers critical information to the body through specific wavelengths.
The skin contains opsins and chromophores that detect light and trigger important biological responses.
These include processing pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) into hormones like alpha-MSH (which stimulates melanin) and dopamine.
Sunscreen interferes with these light signals, disrupting the skin’s circadian rhythms and downstream hormonal signaling.
Even low-SPF, which I haven't seen in a long time, products block a massive percentage of vitamin D synthesis.
Higher SPFs (30, 50, or more) are even more restrictive, turning one of the sun’s greatest health benefits into a non-event.
And the jabronis with the spray sunscreen who just spray into the wind never minding anyone around need to be body slammed and then proceeded to have a mudhole stomped in them.
