CCYHA 12U Girls are leveling up their focus, conditioning, core strength, footwork, and compete‑level with Southpaw Boxing Club in Hilliard!

Member Spotlight: Finding strength, healing, and community inside our four walls. 🥊🖤

In January 2019, Shane Brintlinger brought his wife, Katie-Jean, to Southpaw for the first time. Boxing was his therapy, and though Shane tragically lost his battle with mental health in March 2019, his memory remains deeply rooted in our gym.

Seven years later, Katie-Jean still laces up her gloves here. For her, Southpaw is a sanctuary, a place to process grief, work on mental health, honor Shane, and find strength alongside friends.
We are honored to be a safe space, a family, and a home for journeys like this. Thank you for letting us be part of your story. 🥊✨
